1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WeSubTogether, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use WeSubTogether. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. How WeSubTogether Works

WeSubTogether allows users to create or join small groups (2–5 people) to split the cost of premium apps or subscriptions.

• Users make payments after selecting a group or creating one.
• Once the group is fully formed, the shared subscription is purchased, and access is distributed among members.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payments are made upfront at the time of creating or joining a group.
• Payment is handled securely via Payment gateway.
• WeSubTogether may charge a small service fee included in the total displayed amount.

5. Group Formation and Waiting Period

• Users may have to wait for other group members to join before a subscription is activated.
• You will be notified once your group is full and the app access is ready.
• Estimated wait time may vary depending on the app and number of available users.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized users.
• Attempt to disrupt the platform's operation or security.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms.
• Cancel incomplete or suspicious transactions.
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

WeSubTogether is not liable for:

• Delays caused by incomplete groups
• App providers' decisions or changes
• User misconduct or unauthorized sharing

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to contact support@wesubtogether.com first for resolution. Legal disputes shall be resolved under the laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any changes.
